Default For those that are interested the Harness bars are now ready for shipping!

The bars can be purchased from <a href="http://www.stableenergies.com/stable/shoulder.html/">Stable Energies

Or call them at 973-773-3177. Speak to either Laurette or Bob.

The bars are now powder-coated black and look awesome! Jenner has his installed and is thrilled with it. The bars can be spun around to allow for the seats to be put back into their stock positions with the bar still in the car.

The cost of the bar is $125 + shipping. They also sell Deist Safety harnesses if you want to purchase the harnesses from them.

If you have any other questions, ask here or e-mail me.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3285"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/ttsig.jpg" BORDER=0 alt="Click for Mods"></a>

Default I have the prototype on my website . . .

The finished bar is powdercoated and has a slightly different attaching bracket.

The purpose of the bar is to allow the Shoulder Harnesses a place to attach in the TT. The seat belt bolts are too close to the seat and the angle from them to the shoulder is too sharp. The minimum safe angle is 45*, the optimal angle is 90*, the seatbelt point will allow an anlge from 23*-27* depending on where the seat is adjusted and the rake of the seatback. The harness bar that I had designed allows an angle of 90* +/- 3*.

The harnesses are used for Road Racing, Drivers Schools, Auto-X, or just holding you in the seats better on fun twisty drives!

I hope this helps.

I will post the finished product on Wednesday when I get back from my one day biz trip to CT.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3285"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/ttsig.jpg" BORDER=0 alt="Click for Mods"></a>
