Here's a good topic for discussion -- AutoWraps.... how horrid would this be?
If you haven't heard about of seen this, the AutoWraps company will pay you between $300-$400 a month to wrap your car with a vinyl advertisement. I saw this and thought
"hey, that would take a pretty good chunk out of somebodies monthly payment"
and then I thought
"good God, what a horrible thing that would be to wrap a TT."
But still, could you imagine the glee of this company, to get it's little vinyl wraps on this curvy little machine that we all know and love?
*shudder*
It sounds so, well, bug-ish.
"Hey, did you see that hot-pink squashed bug with the Doritos logo on the side?"
*shakes head sadly*
Not my TT, thank you very much.
Solidarity, people.
Although, come to think of it, vinyl ads would be and interesting addition to the zymol/zaino debate: "finished applying Zaino to the TT today -- I just love the way the water beads up over the Tye-D-Bowl ad"

Resistance is futile
A friend of mine started a similar company doing car wraps, and continually badgers me about putting an ad on the TT when it arrives. . . puleeeze . . .I believe defacing public works of art is illegal isn't it?????<p><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/phil_tt.jpg" BORDER=0>

Check out this wrap -- Puts the "I" between the "TT"s.

Re: Resistance is futile-If it's NOT illegal it should be. This is almost as bad as.....
that plan some companies had of putting advertising into space so it would be visible after dark. Just shoot me.<p>
