Standard lease on a TT? 1.8, 5spd, quattro?

Rates seem to be increasing faster than Greenspan can pass gas ...
As of last summer, the leasing interest rate (lease factor x 24) was in the low 7% range. As of April 1 it was in the low 8%'s. As of last night, my dealer quoted a 9% rate through AFS. Higher rates increase leasing costs faster than installment loans and leasing becomes significantly less attractive as rates increase (unless your passing the lease through a business). You can't really even compare today's payments vs. what someone got last month..

So close, yet so far....
Guess I'll have to wait a few years. Right now, that is a littl pricey for me, could get it but it'd hurt my budget quite a bit. Will have to get the A4 instead.
