Oh the humanity! My wife was rearended in the TT. (Please keep the jokes to yourself.) :)
Stop and go traffic on the Eisenhower (Chicago). The cars in front stop. She stops. The car behind her doesn't stop. Comment from the other driver: "I was just thinking what a cool car that was". I guess he was a little bit mesmerized by the TT and forgot how to operate the brakes.
It was low speed so the damage in not that great. The whole rear body panel is plastic so hopefully they will just be able to replace the whole panel and valance. There is some structural damage behind the panel that hopefully won't be a problem to repair.
Can anyone in Chicagoland recommend a really good body shop? I've already called Schaumburg Audi, McGrath, and The Exchange to get their recommendations.
