Another Invisible Bra question......
anyone have one and a digital camera who could post a photo of their car to show what it looks like (i.e. any lines)?? and, secondly, anyone know of a place that does them in the D.C. area (reliable, that does good work, etc.)?? Thanks.
They do not have any installers in this area, but said that any qualified tinter should be able to do it. My mechanic recommended L.A. Tint in Sterling (near where I work) and I am going to check them out on Monday.
I'd be glad to fax you what I have if you'll e-mail me your fax number. That goes for anyone else who is in the local DC calling area

I had our dealer's subcontractor do it on our TTQ because our winter roads are constantly covered with volcanic rocks and sand for traction.
I watched most of the installation. The installer took about 6 hours to do it. Our dealer said that is a very difficult process to learn without taking a class and having several specialized tools. He was so right!!
There is very little evidence of it once it is installed, except for the wax build up that is visable at the edges. A soft toothbrush removes most of the wax.
The precut TT kits are incomplete and need additional, critical pieces fabricated for the rocker panels and rear fender flares.
The installation cost us $800. For our environment it is well worth it and I would put it on any new car that I cared about.
