Ordered a chip for my 225 Coupe
As some of you might remember I took delivery of my silver 225 TT Coupe in mid March. It has now about 5000 miles of most enjoyable driving behind it and I felt it's time to boost up the performance just a bit. The engine is great and I've had no problems whatsoever but in my opinion it lacks that last punch that makes you say wow! My old chipped A3 was just about as quick as my new 225 TT so something had to be done.
So I ordered an Abt chip last Friday and expect to have it installed in two to three weeks (have to travel to get it installed). HP goes up to about 250 which is still not very much but torque is increased from 280 Nm to 350-360 Nm which should be quite noticable. 0-62 is about 5.8-5.9 secs and top speed somewhere around 155 mph. Both figures are pretty irrelevant to me but I think that the greatly improved torque will be most useful in everyday driving. I'll give you the full report after I get to drive the chipped car.

I live in Finland so I'm afraid that the dealer info doesn't help you very much (unless you live in Finland of course). But here's a link to the Abt website. I'm sure they can give you the necessary contact information.
