Help... 1st problems with my TT225 Coupe

Help... 1st problems with my TT225 Coupe
1. I can't unlock the passenger side door. Not with the remote, from the center console switch or using the key in the lock on the door. The drivers side is ok. How embarrassing, was going out with my wife and daughter, nice day so lets take the new car ! Wrong! Hope this is not a sign of things to come.
2. The driver's side seat heater turns on (the lights on the switch are on) but no heat.
