Clear Bra Question: Wax?

I have a quick question about the clear bras out there. How does it affect waxing the car? Does it take on the same shine in the area of the bra as the rest of the car, or does the clear bra part have a different reaction to wax? I would suspect that you would get a different shine between the real painted part of the car and the clear bra part of the car. Anyone want to allay my fears? I'm thinking about having my dealer do this before I drive the car away, as well as a few other things (LoJack, lowering the car, etc), and want to get everything cleared up right now since I have 3 months to think.
