Anyone race a CLK 320?

An unmodded TT 225 coupe would probably take either, though the CLKs would give it a run for the money. Chip any of the 225s, and they'd likely take the CLKs. But again, the CLKs are quick cars. The handling is surprisingly good too, especially the 430.
I also went to a track event with him. I could outcorner him quite easily with the Boxster. On the straights, he could stay ahead of me, but only barely and mostly because his car has a lot more low end torque that allows him to build up speed early. On the windy sections, his car was no match. He also had problems with his brake fluid light coming on. Evidently these cars are not quite track ready out of the box. Maybe a true AMG version would fix that.
Overall, I'm not impressed.
