Hey PorTTland, ALMS race coming up...

Making any plans for the ALMS race for this year? I just made my hotel reservations. Let's get together.

ALMS is at PIR on the August 4th weekend this year. And...

I wouldn't dream of letting all of my NorthWest TTers down. I know our ranks have grown quite a bit. I think there will be more than 25 cars on the drive on March 25th that Sean is organizing. Sadly I can't make it to that one. And while we aren't an organized TT club in Portland, I'm sure the ranks have grown here too.

I'll organize a dinner and maybe Dan (jdan) can put the corral together again. I am open to suggestions. Any thoughts?

Haven't seen any posts from Dan in a long time...

but he's coming with us Sunday, so I'll see if he's interested in putting together the parking corral this year.

Got hotel reservations at the Oxford Suites at Jantzen Beach and I'm going to try to get tickets for the festival curves grandstands this year.

I just posted a message to see just how many TTers hail from Portland.

And I think I know that there are at least 30 TT's in Seattle based on who all is attending next weekends drive. Last year there were two TT's local to Portland other than ours. It will be interesting to see what response I get from my posting.

I'll start really thinking about what we can do. The Fallingwater event has amazed me with how big it has become. I don't think we should try to keep up with them, but maybe we can organize some more fun than just dinner. Let me know if you have any good ideas or input.
