Porsche 996TT vs 225TTC

A friend took delivery of a Porsche 996 Twin Turbo last week and I saw and drove it for the first time today. Same color and interior as my TT; the silvers actually look identical. My friend is still a little sensitive to nailing the accelerator but he gave me a sampling and wow! I could feel my lips starting to move back over my teeth because of the G's (maybe a little acceleration exaggeration...). The one impression that sticks with me is how well the TT compares to this super car in many respects. I actually like our interiors better than the 996!

My only ride in a 911 turbo can only be compared to taking off in a plane as far as "sticking"

to the seat and other sensations.

I rode in one of the new 911s recently

Very impressive cars but they do have a very simple interior. This guy is waiting on his twin turbo and I can't wait to get a ride in that. The non-turbo 911 has very impressive power, handling and braking!
