Chips & Air Filters

I'm considering adding a chip to my new 180QC, and after reading past posts on this forum, GIAC is probably my first choice. However, someone mentioned that these chips might be incompatible with ESP, which my car does have. Any update on this, or general thoughts?

Also noticed a thread about the K&N filters not working well with the turbo in this car. Again, any thoughts?

AFAIK garret and apr chips are compatible with ESP ecus,

The fears with the K+N filter is that there might be the chance of excess oil from the filter getting on a sensor inside the throttle body and this casues the thin wire to burn up and fail...
