The nerve...
Was out last night for dinner with the lil ladie and met with her friend and new boyfriend. All was well until this guy starts asking me about my car. So i told him a little bit about it, then the big question comes from his yak " so how much you pay for that thing?" I tell him respectivly that the car is worth 65k. He looks at me with this dumb look and says WHAT! i woulda bought a used Ferarri for that kinda money!

I have a friend who sold a used Ferarri and purchased a house on the Rhode Island coast with the $!
That must have been some Ferarri... he collects cars and managed to keep them (all 16 at one time) in excellent condition. He had a classic bug, a Porsche 356 amongst others.
I got to drive a 1982 911 Targa that had been mildly modified. He lowered it to the point where you couldn't drive into many driveways. :-) That was some car (back in 1990). That was my first introduction to driving a performance car. So different from my Mazda 323 at the time. ;-)
