Roadster owners - fun with the spare?
Has anyone successfully managed to squeeze a tire back into the trunk after a flat? The nice piece of paper which comes with the tire bag indicates that the flat should fit snuggly in the trunk. Ha!
The paper then goes on to suggest that if you can not fit it in, to call for roadside assitance. Lovely.
I would hate to think what would happen on a road trip with a passenger and luggage. "Here honey, hold onto this tire while we run on this goofy donut for a while."

Height-wise, probably - width, no way
I think the rim on the spare is an inch larger than the stock rim. The tire is a thin bugger.
Not so much concerned with the spare. It's getting the stock tire in the trunk to get it replaced that's the problem. Maybe someones got a trick for getting it in. I screwed with it for 15 minutes - then gave up.
