Experiences with Schneider+Nelson Audi in Eatontown, NJ?
Hi all,
Has anyone had any experiences with
Schneider+Nelson Audi on Rt.36 in Eatontown, NJ?
I just moved to the state and have scheduled
an appointment with them.
They told me an alignment check would take
2-3 hours, and checking the simple cylinder
on the latch of my right door would take
another 2!
Also, they are *NOT* giving me a loaner since
I didn't buy the car there. No Audi loaner,
no other car either, despite the fact that I
told them I just moved from another state.
They offered to give me en Enterprise car
at the *preferred discounted rate* of $30/day !!
Does Audi have a policy on this?
Anyhone had good/bad experiences with these guys?

they are an excellent dealer...
no audi dealer is "required" to provide a free loaner car...most dealers will provide one if you had purchased the car there..however..if you purchased the car out of state..they will provide a discounted loaner..from what you said s&n is doing everything textbook..i do believe, however, that all A8 owners automatically recieve a loaner..regardless of where the purchase was made...
