5K service performed at Laurel Audi, IL....
Replaced DV valve which started failing at 4500 miles. Service Manager was well informed. Service light did not come on at 5K, so they checked and fixed the cluster. So far, those items have been the only trouble. Very good service, got in within 24 hours of making appointment, fixed the car in one day...Nice new loaner, A6.

Who was your service contact?
Was it Jim Finch? For that matter, were you at the Laurel in Tinley Park?
All of their staff seem to be extremely well educated. Of course, very few service representatives are going to have the knowledge that we have access to, unless they frequent Audiworld. The collective knowledge that can be absorbed from this place in just one day would take months to research if they were just reading TSB's and such. However, Jim has been on top of everything I've talked to him about, including the DV. He just rolls his eyes when the subject is brought up, not because the subject is brought up, but because he's as frustrated as we all are at the issue. Laurel's awesome.
