Window control with remote?
do? How does it work, actually?
Just got back from my 5K service (it's ~4
hours away to the dealer) and I forgot to bring
the secret list of codes, so I will need to go
back to have this done. My main motivation is the
auto-lock/unlock function. I can do this and
keep the "safety lock" function, right?
But that's OK, they broke an air vent trying
to re-align it for me (I knew I shouldn't be
that picky...).
5k in about 2 months- at this rate, my service
work will be done in about 14 more months!:>

There are quite a few combos...if you want remote window control, horn sounds/lights flash with security arming and automatic door lock (when car hits 15 mph) and unlock (when you pull key out of ignition then code is 15996 and if you all the above and one touch unlocking of both doors (default is one touch unlocking per door) then code is 15992.

HOWEVER, I see that Michael posted this for the coupe (so one of us is mistaken). I have all the paperwork at home, but will double-check this evening. On the AudiWorld site, there is a section under Technical where you can go to the codes details, but both the coupe and roadster hyperlinks point to the same document (so one of them is incorrect). It's been like this for quite some time and has been reported, but for some reason hasn't been fixed. (Bottom line: I'm pretty sure that what I posted at the beginning of this message is correct, but I'll double-check later today.)
