Had my H&R/s with stock shocks for 32,000 miles. The stock shocks are dead. I'd say 15-20K MAX.

Default It's very likely your stock shocks are already pretty much dead.

I've got 7500 miles with the OEM suspension and they feel pretty bad. How many miles do you have?

Default At 7500 mi, mine are bouncy...

and thats with OEM springs. I can only imagine what the car would be like with sport springs! Dangerous!

Chris Lloyd reported to me that his OEM shocks were compressable by hand at 5K miles, so I seriously doubt they would go 12-15K and still be doing their job.

Should I have the dealership replace them?
