I think the problem is.....
Looking at "inappropriate" things at work is a REALLY BIG DEAL to companies these days. The potential side effects aren't just "Bob, what are you looking at there?" reprimand from your boss. Companies are taking this very seriously, and someone could actually get fired over looking at "inappropriate" things like this. Even if someone doesn't get fired, you could be labeled some kind of "**** freak", which would probably be worse.
