This is Shane aka Shanghai Little Buddha
He is an AKC registered Chinese Crested. No, we didnt shave him like that... he is 100% naturaly hairless except for his head, feet and tail. Wonderful little dogs, excellent personality!!! He's probably the best dog i've ever owned (errr... my mom that is lol) very sweet and they love to entertain and cuddle.

I was never much of a dog person... plus going to school and living in a small apartment, so I gave him to my mom. He's a daddies boy though lol. He loves popcorn direct from the bowl, cereal with milk, icecream, grapes, and anything else you'll give him. He'll actually yank food out of your mouth if your not carefull! As you can tell.. the Buddha part of his name turned out to serve him quite well... he's kind of a plump little bastard!

It seems most hairless animals have the same temperment, thus I'd like to have a Sphynx (hairless cat) next.

but I was *wicked* allergic (he gave asthma, yikes!), so I gave him away a month ago. *sniffle* I'm *still* bummed. His name was Morpheus (yes, as in The Matrix, hehe).

Shane is very cool, and hairless -- hmm, maybe I wouldn't be allergic! (allergist says I'm just as allergic to dogs as cats, doh!)

IF its the dander your allergic too... they have none. The hair they do have is like people hair, not like dog hair... and they have none of that dander stuff or whatever it is people are allergic too.

Now if its the spit your allergic to....

you should check into one!
