Advice on prep before install of 3M Scotchcal...?
Any suggestions on what I should do before having stonegrad-like (actually X-pel) protection installed on Friday?
The car is 3 month old. Only been washed, no wax, no Zaino. I'll be clay barring (and Z1, 2, 3...) it completely after the 3M install.
My question is:
Should I clay bar (or more) the areas to be covered now, before installation?

Your installer will probably do what is necessary, but here is the 3M instruction flyer >>>
