Want a custom clear bra in SF bay area?
Here's the deal. The guys from ClearBra in Utah are looking to make a trip to the bay area to do a group install of their custom product. The cost is about $950, pluse $80 to $100 for expenses. This is not a kit. They cover the entire front of the car (windshield down) and are very good at it. These are the same guys Bracketracer trusts enough to let them to their Lambos.
We need 2 or 3 more FIRM cars involved. Install would be probably the weekend of April 28th.

Those are precut kits, this is not
These guys put the film on first, then custom cut it so the fit is perfect everytime. They can do the entire hood of the car in one piece - none of the precut kits allow this. Call Dan, he's very knowledgable and can let you know what the differences are between the products, and more importantly, the installers.

They better be good, only 8 mil between knife edge and your paint.
Been there before and sorry to say I'll take the pre cut pieces and preserve my paint. Hard to trust someone cutting with an exacto enough to score/cut the film but not touch/harm the paint. Most surgeons would love having such skill.

I'm not worried about that, they are pro's
He said the material is cut like glass...scored and then pulled apart. The knife doesn't go through the material completely, sort of like cutting a cast off . . . the knife cuts the material, but not the skin underneath.
