Yesterday, I mentioned that I felt my NEC monitor was conking out. Today, it was confirmed.

So this afternoon, I bought a really nice 17" monitor for only $39 at Circuit City. I never heard of the brand, but what a nice picture (really). They had it on sale for $129. It was a floor model (not a scratch on it, never even used), so they reduced it to $89. Then, I got a $50 rebate on top of it all, bringing the cost down to a net of $39. Such the deal!

Also, being a very single guy, I do the internet dating thing. Today, I received a response from the woman below. I was excited for a moment, that is, until I read her profile.
