Question: if you were ever in the military or own a boat...

you may have heard of NEVR DULL. My question is can you use this compound to clean/polish the chrome and brushed-aluminum on the TT.

No need to use anything other than a damp cloth for the aluminum . ..

That is all I have ever used on mine since Nov 1999. It is as shiny as the day I got the car.

what about on the tail pipe or exterior badges?

Most likely it's anodized so it doesn't corrode or tarnish. Anything abrasive would be bad.

The tail pipe is not aluminum .. .it is Stainless Steel. I just wash and wax it.

It gets dirty fast no matter what you use.

I've used Never Dull for years on chrome and stainless with no scratching. It works particularly nice on motorcycle exhausts, and gets things like fried on boot marks off the chrome pipes.
