ot: taxes are done (pretty quick with turbo tax), but...

my black ink cartridge is empty and i want to print it out to review it before i do electronic submission. all the stores are closed (best buy, target, comp usa, etc.), so i'll have to wait until tomorrow to send it in anyway.

I'm still working on mine. Entering all the trades I did early in the year :D

Wasn't quite sure how to handle a few mergers (inputting into turbo tax) but I think I got it figured out.

For future reference if you're struggling with mergers, splits, wash sales etc....

You're going to hate me, but...

I did my taxes and filed both state & federal using Turbo Tax for the web on Feb 3rd - fed owed me $160, I owed state $140 - I made $20!

But that actually paid for Turbo Tax, so I broke even this year. Now don't even ask me about how much I had to pay last year!! I could have brought the TT up to a stage 3 or 4!
