My TT met Arnold Schwartzeneger today, I met his killer Porsche...
Here's the deal, I pulled off of I-10 in Palm Springs today and went straight to a AM/PM to get some gas. (My car is literally COVERED in the carnage of a million bugs and my BB Coupe looks almost Imola Yellow on the front end because of this carnage!) Anyway, in front of me is a beautiful Porsche 9XX??? Coupe - and infront of the Porsche is a rather large and dirty truck. The truck of course is pointed at the Porsche and neither are going to give in... the truck moves forward and the Porsche just sits there.. I decide to see who is gonna move - the 150K Porsche or the $1,500 truck.
All of the sudden, the Porsche driver gets out and walks to the Truck, the three guys in it are all the sudden smiling and all at once I realize it's Arnold - the Terminator! BTW, he is not all that tall. The truck begins to move in reverse and Arnold goes inside the station.
Anyway, I'll try to make this weak story a bit shorter... We talked inside and I told him how much I love his car. He asks if I am in the TT and says "I used to drive AWWWWDi's in Germany, that is a very nice car too...you always want what the other guy's got". With that, he paid the attendant, took a long toke on his lit cigar, and said to me, "have a Happy Easter".
So, that's it, just thought I'd share the fact that Arnold likes "Awwwwdi's"! :-)

When I met him I didn't think he was very tall either...
he's 6'2", so everyone can decide for themselves if he is tall or not.
I think he looks shorter than that in person, perhaps because he is so wide!
I spent about three hours with him and he surprised me with how easy going and funny he is.
