This happened to me as well as no door locks or power windows, the dealer changed part of the computer module and then the drivers side window motor.

Mine suddenly started working as quickly as it stopped...

...I'm guessing either gremlins or perhaps condensation, etc. since I'd been detailing the car.

You were very lucky. I ended up trading my 2000 for a 2001. I got a great deal.
