Hi all,
I think you might be interested in this 2.0 TT which is owned by a member of the German TT-Owners-Club

It's an individual and the strongest private TT in the world

The features:
Engine now 2-litres, new turbo-chargers, 1 large cooler instead of 2 small ones, new connecting rods, pistons, crankshaft, oil-cooler and a reworked gearbox; approximately 360bhp and 400Nm torque

Those are some numbers...what type of turbo and at what bar pressure??

Default is having one large intercooler better than two smaller intercoolers? Is it similar to having one

large turbo as opposed to two smaller ones. I was under the impression that in the choice of a large turbo and a biturbo of the same pressure combined as the larger one, the biturbo would be better.

any thoughts on this?

Default The internal volume of the intercooler(s) must match the turbo(s) perfectly or you get lag with a ..

shorter duration powerband albeit higher peak numbers. On single bank turbo cars some engineering uses staggered sizes to defeat turbo lag or on twin banks they use smaller units per bank for a uniform torque curve like on horizontally opposed German 6's.
