my TT is worthless!!!!!!!
to lack of parts (dash was involved) and
incompetent bodyshop people, It took almost a year
to restore my TT to it original splendor. Insurance payed out over 17k to fix my TT.
My own dealership has now turned it's back on
me and will not accept my TT for trade. They
say it is worthless. No buy-back bid of any kind.
and Now my TT is blackballed on their nationwide conputer system. Isn't that just peachy.
This insult comes after receiving a firm buy-back
quote of 25k (5k off for diminished value)
Once at the dealership, they changed their minds.
This is the last time I will ever buy an Audi.

My only pleasure will be is giving the car back
after lease terms are up. but that is in 2 years.
They HAVE TO accept it. right?

Like here in LA, we have Mike Boguslawski (KCBS)and he'll actually go to retailer to resolve a consumer's complaint, and he'll write letters to national companies to get things settled. Seems to work.
The dealer bid is a tad low, but if they disclose the damage, any buy bids will be off by thousands of dollars.
As these guys have said, your insurance may cover lost value.
