Just got a new TTR 225, what are must haves mods for a TTR 225......

Congrats, what color etc.
Mods are soo tempting but I'm waiting a while (still sitting on the fence).
However 1st up - euro split mirrors from Stratmosphere - they are awesome.
next in the que are..
- Armrest
- Chip
- Exhaust
- Brakes
- Suspension
- DV

I would get a new bypass valve first...
since it is cheap and if you decide to chip your TT, your stock bypass valve will DEFINITELY break.
Next, I'd get better tires (do TT's still come with those crappy RE040's?). Get some S-02 Pole Positions.
Then, I'd chip it. Garrett, APR, whatever.
If you still have money left I'd look into an exhaust or the new Forge intercooler (really awesome!)
By that time your shocks will have worn out and Bilstein's can be had for about $650. Maybe put some sport springs on if you want to lower it.
If you are concerned about appearance, definitely get the Becart license frame, the Euro split mirrors, and armrest.

here is what you need
1. Must start with bypass valve
Bailey or Forge
2. Clear bra to protect vehicle
3. Plenty of Z.... to keep it pretty, plus Lexol, Stoners More Shine and Inv Glass
4. Next would be a chip and exhaust, or do them seperately
MTM, GIAC / Forge-Milltek, MTM, UUC, soon Borla
5. New wheels and some decent tires depending upon your local climate
5a. Dustless brake pads to keep new wheels clean for longer than 2 minutes
Mintex or EBC
5. The little things: floormats, cargo mat, arm rest, light covers, front grill, etc

6. Springs and/or shocks and struts
H&R / Blistein
7. Front brake replacment, rotors (could freeze 'em too)
Stoptech, Brembo
8. Custom cat, downpipe
Even better, do something no one has tried yet so you can post about it and inform everyone else for the better of the community
