Well, I was thinking this whole story about Jason getting arrested was b.s...

Sounded too much like a gag cooked up over a pitcher (or more) of beer. So I tried to call him at work today. The conversation went something like this:

"Exotic Imports."
"Yes, Jason Dale please."
"Jason? (nervous giggle) Ummm, Jason isn't in today."
"I see, when do you expect him back?"
"Umm, we're not sure. It looks like Wednesday."

So maybe it is true. First Ed Burley showing up and now this? Perhaps truth is stranger than fiction. All I can say is, "Set the TT brother free!"

I couldn't agree with you more, Brad...

First off, John (MCEngineer) and I owe "fallingwatter" (from Chicago) a huge apology from Yahoo last night. We thought that it was Jason/Denny playing games, and weren't exactly friendly in the FW sense.

The reasons why this seems so far-fetched are:

1) Denny got home and immediately posted stuff that didn't start with "OMG, Jason's in jail!"

2) The cop in the picture appears to be laughing. It looks posed.

3) Finding an ASStec to pee on would actually mean that somebody BOUGHT one!

4) $10,000 bail is more than a drug dealer would get. Never mind that I know somebody who took a leak on a POLICE CAR's tire at spring break in Florida about 10 years ago and only got a $150 misdemeanor ticket.

5) That police officer would never have turned their backs on whoever took that picture without calling for backup. The camera could easily have been a gun, meaning that there would be a need for a dozen less donuts in town every day. ;-)

I'm still in disbelief that this is acTTually TTrue, but figure that they would have posted a "ha!" message by now if it was a joke.

Anyway, if Jake can't make bail, I say that we auction off his four-assed trunk monkey on Ebay as a fundraiser.....
