My Winter TT Mats are crumbling apart.... Clair is replacing them. ANY ONE ELSE have this problem?

Yes, we're having the same problem...
I thought it might be because of Julie's high heels but apparently the rubber is crap... I guess I should contact my dealer (Crown in Greensboro)... are your vertical ribs tearing ?

Clair said that they have had a few come back. I thought the same thing but mine have crumbled on
the passenger side and I have had maybe 10 passengers all winter. I never took that one out to clean either. AND the color is fading out of the TT. It just happened in the past week before the Falling Water Trip. I would call your dealer and ask them. Clair said for me to send them back and list them as "Defective".

Could just be the Passenger side? I would say that if the new ones crumble then they will replace
those too. Mats of this price and "AUDI Quality" should last for years. Or as long as some Cheaper ones would. I would say that they are a new item and they may have had a bad composite mix of the rubber compound during the injections process and this could be an isolated occurrence of like 100-500 mats?
