Discussed twice last week... S4 valve is different then TT...

and TT valves haven't had the problem.

Look here... (Just added a picture of the Internals)

This is the S4 Bypass valve. The new design has a piston plunger as appose to diaphragm.

This is the TT Bypass valve. It's about 1.5 times the size of the S4 valve. It's a piston type also.
