Peter and others, Consider this as a St Louis alternative- Taliesen plus the House on the Rock

..If you check out some of the pics you will see the Similarities to where we where last weekend. The roads are also similar so the drives to and from would be great. A town like Reedsburg would be the perfect base. Just an Idea but do check out the pics. In Spring Green WI... be a trip for me (950 miles), but agree that this has merit for next year.

Thanks Jim for reminding me of "Taliesin East", I remember seeing this house in the PBS special on FLW a few years back. At this rate, we just might be able to keep up this FLW/TT theme for a few years... or at least until we run out of interesting FLW houses to visit.

BTW, and another red FLW signature tile as like Kentuck ****!!

I would go! It's a day's trip from Dallas -- through the Ozarks!

My grandfather designed and built Ark. highway 7 and others through the Ozarks, so I would LOVE driving them in the TT!
