i felt a little guilty proposing an east vs west TT attendance competition because ....
... i had written an e-mail to peter before FW that included the following paragraph:
"I signed up because I'm terribly interested in architecture and I love Wright's work, and also because I'm interested in meeting other TT owners. I like the idea of a controlled gathering. I'm not at all interested in setting any attendance records (or even coming close)."
