If a wheel was only available in 8x18 as oppose to 8.5x18 would spacers be ok?

Default If a wheel was only available in 8x18 as oppose to 8.5x18 would spacers be ok?

The dealer (not Audi) told me spacers are ok and that this means I could have a choice of the following two wheels!!

Yes these are the OZ F1 Racing Cups we posted about a long time ago. They are available in 8x18 for TT with small spacer

The Nova Modular (2nd rim) is like $360+tax & shipping. Not cheap I agree but half the cost of the BBS LMSs and HRE wheels

Thoughts? Maybe we could get a group buy going with the place and get the price down.

Default You may want to try these. No spacer required and a lot less $$'s.

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/6857/superleggera.jpg"></center><p>Fitment for the TT @ 18x8. Weighs a good bit less than the others you show (17 lbs.)

Sorry, but I think the stock rims look better. Those just don't work with the clean TT design.
