I have always been a fan of Watermans.
Less expense than the Mont Blanc, and still the higher end models have great balance and writing quality.
Lately, I have been using a Sheaffer. Only $30 nice weight and great styling!

I've been a *big* fan of Fischer space pens. They write on anything, even upside-down.
