Golf 1.8t FMIC....doable on a 180 TT?
The FMIC does not look much larger than the two 225 IC's combined. It is about 1/3 the size of the Forge FMIC just based on the looks of it.The kit would need to be adapted to your car. Fabricate your own brackets and such. If you are going to do this on your own, then head here:

They make top notch intercoolers and have very inexpensive pricing. Mance paid under $600 for his FMIC, which he had custom fabricated. I have the sizing if you want it.

Mance paid $630 delivered to his door. He never got around to getting the hoses fabricated but he estimated getting them made out of metal would have been off the shelf pieces with silicone interconnects, total cost of the FMIC would have been about $1,000.
He chose a short thick FMIC to keep the entire FMIC in the lower grill so that none of it was tucked behind the bumper itself. He had seen what MTM had done with their design and didn't like that it was behind the bumper.
