Quattro Sport - the thing that started the whole "unfair" advantage which later spilled over to the Ford Cosworth (swept everything in it's path in the races).

Sport Quattro! Kevlar/carbon body panels, short wheel base,rally car with 3.0 bar boost gauge stock!
3.0 bar = ~44psi! That car rocks. Notice how the front is just one big grill. Look how much air/cooling is possible. They used the smallest headlights in inventory possible to allow for the most grill/airflow.

car capable of sub 5 sec 0-60 runs and is a terror on the track. Pic taken at the recent Authority Spring Fling in Fairfax Virginia. There are 8 of these cars in the US...two of which are in museums and this MIGHT be the only one on the east of the Mississippi...

First saw this car at a quattro club event at Thunderhill (more)
Absolutely stunning. He traded for it with a Sheik in Saudi Arabia who had about 6 of them shipped out so he and his buddies could race in the desert.
Pity about the colour though; it's gorgeous but it ought to painted the "works" colours.
Actually I have slightly ambiguous feelings about this car because it changed the face of rallying forever. No longer could a privateer like me buy and run a works replica rally car; suddenly the technology and the costs went through the roof.
