Nearly "bought the farm" minutes ago...ha! handling/coordination pay off...
Midway through the intersection, I see a blur coming at me through the red at about 55 in a posted 40 (for the other car, a curve to a straightaway through the intersection), and I took instinctive defensive action. HA!
Remember my comments about squeaks and rattles? I can live with them! In any other car, I would have been broadsided...or worse. Of course, no contact at all.
Glad I could share the story. BTW, the manuver went so well, I had no time to even express anger...or an adrenelin rush.

nearly happened to me...
A few days ago. Some idiot did not use their blinker, cut into my lane, I swerved to the left, nearly took out the car next to me.
If I was not in the TT I would have been toast.
ESP did come on but when you cut the wheel that hard at 70mph what could you expect.
