Headed to the Solstice party.... the drive alone made it worth going...

First time I have really had the opportunity to feel the Bilstiens at work. What a difference, Mrs Rascal kept grabbing for the panic handle, which, of course, doesn't exist... she only screamed once, she maintains she heard the tires chirping.. I explained that that is merely an indication that one isn't going fast enuf..... and, as it turned out, it was a pretty clear night, we could see for miles, and I must also admit that we left before midnight, but did drive home about 11 p.m. in full daylight. #1 daughter drove home at 3:45, also in full daylight. Oh yea, Ms. Kelsie is just 6 months old. I didn't have the guts to put her on the trunk like O2BNME, but we're working on it.

Was in Barrow for Summer Solstice about 15 years ago, arguably the most fantastic experience of my life. Have always wanted to get back to Alaska someday. Always glad to see your posts and pix!
