Went to Costco yesterday to buy some stuff for our upcoming Habitat for Humanity build, and noticed

that Costco has the California Water Blade for $12.99. They're also selling a "two-pack" of some liquid wax made by Zymol! I didn't check out the price but I took an immediate double-take. I have to get some more stuff from Costco on Thursday, so I'll double check again to see exactly what it is, and how much it costs.

yup..they have cali blade..and Zymol cleaner wax..usually good terry towels too

The Zymol you saw was made by turtle wax (who purshased the license to the name)

I dont know how to tell the difference, but the cheap stuff is not real zymol.

Zymol Cleaner Wax was in stores long before Turtle Wax licensed/bought Zymol...

and I had a bottle of before and after and it seems like the exact same stuff to me.

It's pretty good easy car wax, too. Not as good as real Zymol or Pinnacle or (egad!) Zaino.

Just my opinion, but I am sure about the Cleaner Wax being out before the Trutle Wax/Zymol licensing deal.

Talking about the Water Blade....I used one for the first time last nite.....This things rocks!! How

did I ever get along with it before??!!

Hopefully this weekend, I'll do my first Z'ing too. Don't want to say which one...I ain't starting another Wax War!! LOL

Once you Z the car, you will NEVER want to use the CA blade...

since I tried it on my hood after thoroughly cleaning it, I ran water over it and tried the blade. The blade left surface scratches all over the hood and I had to detail them out. Zaino & the CA blade DON'T mix...you've been warned.
