Hey...People in Denver and Boulder: Read this or something.
Oh yeah....Jason: I looked at the map, and Durango is just plain too far away for this trip. Maybe after I move out here I can do the Durango to Ouray drive. However, I found a great road just outside Denver that I loved, so I'll just be content with that for now.

Tomorrow, I'm off to Coors for the VIP tour and then the Rocky Mountain National Park...If only I didn't have to go back to boring old Indiana.
Unfortunately, I'm off only this morning (Wed) and the TT's in for 5K service. I work 12's Thursday & Friday, but I'm also working Saturday, though if you're taking I 25 up to I80 then eastbound to Indiana, I can meet you at Johnson's Corners for some excellent cinnamon rolls Sat AM 8 or 9ish.
Suggest a drive to Red Rocks, or take 70 W to the Genessee exit and come up the backside of Lookout Mountain, lots of twisties, stop and visit Buffalo Bill's gravesite/museum. Drops you into Golden W of the brewery, downtown's cute, naybe you can catch kayakers on Clear Creek near the rec center. Shoot N up 93 for some wide open spaces and you can continue N into Boulder (hold your breath at Rocky Flats Arsenal, all the plutonium's not quite in the dustbin yet) or for more twisty driving, go up W up Coal Creek Canyon to Nederland and drive into Boulder from the West. You'll find the turbo sounds different at altitude but pulls just fine, much better than a normally aspirated car.
Watch out for elk in Estes Park!
