That's a little beyond isolation tape, IMO. Nice boat, BTW!

Default That paint wear sux! :( Has to be out of alignment.

The dealer will realign the door and just make certain they not only have the area repainted, but they replace any damaged gaskets. They won't repair the gasket, they should replace.

Let us know what happens.

Beautiful boat Mark!

Default Mark - Are you happy with the soft boot cover? Do you feel its worth the money? Or do I continue to

ride with no cover at all???

Thanks in advance, Kim

Default I have it and I really like it for the space it saves me. I prefer to have the boot...

...covered when I drive for any distance to keep dust & stuff out. I also prefer the looks of the car with the cover on. The only problem is it takes some practice to learn to put it on efficiently. I think it took me about 30 minutes to put it on the first time. I can do it in about 5 minutes now. It's still more difficult than the OEM cover.

Default Yeah...I like it a lot...easier to carry around..though it takes some practice putting it on correct

ly....Centering is the key.

and it doesn't make any noise or "flap" around at speed...

Default I have an Appt for July 17th and they'll check it out, when they replace my sensor and light fixture

Thanks...My other favorite toy....I'll put pics of the interior in that album too..Later this week.

Wonder if Z'ing will work for the boat too! Hmm...
What a project that would be!!

Default For sure, the car definitely looks better with a cover on and keeping crap out of the car is always

a +.....When we have crystal clear weather in sight, or I am taking longer drives, I put the OEM on...Its those little jaunts that have me "coverless"...and my feeling is...that I may less likely to put the soft boot cover on if its a pain in the *** to do...

To date, I havent had trouble with SPACE (i have a 180)so lugging the OEM around hasnt been an issue for me...So if SPACE SAVING is the real reason to own this item...I think I may not need it...Do you agree?

Default For road trips, though, using the trunk to store your boot cover is not too great.

The soft cover stores in a pouch and will fit right behind the passenger seat. I consider that a real bonus if you'r trunk has even one suitcase or bag in it.

Default Good Point! Haven't take a "real" road trip yet...(where my car is loaded up like pic inside the gas

lid -lol) so, I guess this is why it hasnt been an issue to date...
