Preferably near Costa Mesa.

Default Got mine tinted too...
Can't offer advice on where to go since on the east coast.

However, just thought you should consider 20% all the way around; although, I had my wind deflector done in limo tint. If you find someone who seems like they are really good, the wind deflector tinted looks really cool and helps a bit when I have the top down at night because of the lights in back of me. Best of luck.
