On Topic: Just talked to Danbury Audi autobody manager. There are replacement retainer clips

available for the TT Xenon assemblies which is good news -- will not have to Rube Goldberg from an A4. Will save me around $1,700...don't have to replace a perfectly good headlamp assembly. He will take the front off the car, fix the light, then check to see what other damage there may be. Was confident there would be none, but after Chris Lloyd's post about hidden damage, I'm not so sure. Will decide what to do from there. Right now, he's only been able to obtain three of the four clips he needs....must not be too many around. Hopefully, I'll take in on Monday, do the rental car deal for a day and pick up on Tuesday.

That's great news, mom!!! Hopefully, everything will be back to normal by July 4th!

Light will hopefully be secure so that I can remove the tacky, embarrasing tape, but paint won't be

complete. Have to take it back another day for that.
