Interior cleaner

I just picked up my TT Roadster last week, and I noticed that the interior (dash, etc..) smudges really easily. What works well to clean/protect the interior?

I don't like the greasy wet residue that armorall leaves. Any suggestions?

While we are at it what works well on the leather?

We started using Stoner's Trim Shine a while back and like it for the dash. Not real shiny.
