Some of these pictures will explain why I'm not on the forum as much as usual.

First, I AM working up here. I start work at 7am and finish at 3pm. I work a little in the evenings after things calm down a bit.

I'm finding more things to do outside instead of sitting inside after work. Not quite as hot as in NC and with the water so close by I just had to go windsurfing.

For the few of you who windsurf, the wind was blowing 10-15 with gusts of 20-25mph. I only brought up my lightwind equipment because the summer is usually pretty slow for windsurfing. This was a fluke wind, but fun nevertheless. I ended up using my father's BIC Presto (9'2") with a 7.0 sail. It worked pretty well until the gusts turned out to be the prevailing wind rather than gusts! I managed 6 passes (across and back) and then I couldn't even pick the board/sail up out of the water! You can see it tied to the dock in this third picture.

We don't need no stinkin' sunblock! ;-) I can't wait for tomorrow...when I get to ski in the morning and windsurf and wakeboard in the afternoon!!! I'm going to be exhausted come Monday morning! And just think, I used to drive back to South Norwalk, CT after a Sat/Sun up here! :-D All that activity made for a long 6 hour drive.
