It's similar to the TDI diesel injection,............
Sounds pretty awesome, the system injects the feul directly into the chamber milliseconds before the spark. The ECU can control the mix. It can give you a homogeneous mixture throughout the chamber for top performance, or give a mixture that is high in fuel near the spark plug, and high in air in the lower portion of the chamber for high fuel economy!
This technology is used in the R8R LeMans racers.
