Repost: OT: interior restoration, suggestions?
Greetings,
I posted about this a couple of days ago, but didn't see any responses. Thought I'd try one more time.
I'm currently in the midst of restoring my Porsche 944 in anticipation of handing it off to my dad for his Birthday this September. The carpeting and headliner in the car need to be redone in a bad way. I'd rather source this particular job out to a professional to make sure it is done right. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as chain stores are concerned, or better yet, anywhere specifically in the Chicagoland area (preferrably west suburbs)? I've never had interior work done by a professional before, so I have no idea where to start looking. My Porsche dealership suggested one guy, but he's way too far out of the way for me (60 miles away from home) to make it worth-while.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
